John Bell
Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Education
First elected in 1999, John served as Councillor for Kilbirnie North for two terms. In 2007, with the move to multi-member wards, John was re-elected as one of three elected members for Kilbirnie and Beith.
John has served as Education Spokesperson in previous Labour administrations and is currently both the Deputy Leader of the Labour administration as well as Cabinet Member Education.
